Founded by brothers, Jerry & Jaymie Oliver, Oliver utilized financing through one of Stark Capital’s bank affiliates to refinance all of Oliver’s existing business debt, strategically acquire over 300 billboard faces in Ohio from Kessler Outdoor, and obtain a development line of credit for additional expansion.
Oliver’s billboard footprint post-acquisition now includes over 500 billboard faces spanning across Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
