Founded by Justin Powell, Huntington utilized financing through one of Stark Capital’s bank affiliates to strategically acquire over 175 billboard faces in Alabama, Mississippi, and Arkansas from Moreland Outdoor Advertising.
Huntington came to Stark Capital looking for a dependable financing partner who could deliver the funds in a highly efficient manner. With a firm closing date – the loan was underwritten, approved, and funded in less than two-months.
Huntington’s billboard footprint post-acquisition is approaching 4,000 advertising displays spanning across much of the Midwest and Southeast regions.
