Stark Capital Solutions represents Lamar Advertising in nine-figure acquisition of Indiana-based Burkhart Advertising

INDIANAPOLIS (August 4, 2022) – As a trusted advisor to outdoor advertising and communication tower companies across the United States, Indianapolis-based Stark Capital Solutions was called upon to serve as the exclusive advisor for Lamar Advertising Company’s acquisition of Burkhart Advertising in South Bend, Ind. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

As the eighth largest out-of-home company in the United States, Burkhart Advertising owned 1,540 structures with 3,262 advertising faces at the time of the divestiture.  Their primary coverage included Indiana’s markets of: South Bend, Fort Wayne, Lafayette, Muncie and Anderson.
